Synthesis Advisors was born out of Tom Manning's love for the financial industry, and the global economy. Tom has a background in accounting, he worked as a young professional knocking on doors to drum up business at a time when most young people didn’t understand the value of hard work and grit. Tom worked his way up through the company becoming a partner grabbing different small business clients in the Boston area. His love for investing grew when he bought his first piece of commercial real estate at 25.

Tom’s belief in quality of life, and that investments, and planning for the future, doesn’t have to be emotional decision. It can be a rational one that is carefully thought out through not only his past experience but through his process of let’s do the research, let’s way all the options, lets stop and think.
